- Well, it wouldn’t be a football Sunday if the Detroit Lions don’t lose a game… they didn’t disappoint us this week. The Lions lost to theĀ St. Louis Rams 17-10. Good news is the Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings played at Lambeau Field and beat the Green Bay Packers I really like Bret Favre and hope he takes the Vikings to the Super Bowl!
- Updates my Take Five questions for November.
- Watched “This Is It” — it was good. I wouldn’t say it was the best movie I have ever seen. If Michael Jackson could have pulled off the 50 shows he had planned, that would have been incredible. While I was watching it, I was thinking what an opportunity it must have been for those back-up dancers, singers and band who played with him?
- My nephew, Brad, created his blog — The Adventures and Travels of Brad Keesler, to let family and friends know about his adventure on Carnival Cruise Lines. I am so proud of him and look forward to read about what he is doing and where he is going!
- Has anyone seen the movie trailer to the new Sandra Bullock move “The Blind Side“? Ever time I’ve seen it, it brings a tear to my eye. And I still can’t believe Tim McGraw (without a hat and his mustache) is in that movie.
- My cousin, Amanda, made some my favorite cupcakes for our little dinner party at my Aunt Pat’s house for Halloween — white cake with chocalate frosting!! I could have eaten all of them!! And bonus, they had sprinkles on them!
- Sunday in the SyFy channel, they showed the 1983 mini-series V, the 1984 sequel V: The Final Battle. Wow — special effects have come a long way since then!! Best part of the of the “V” series — Marc Singer!!
I could go on and on, but I better save them for another day!
