My Perfume Collection

About a year ago, I started collecting perfumes that I had through my life. one of them is Emeraude by Cory for Women.

Emeraude by Coty a Oriental fragrance for women. Emeraude was launched in 1921. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Coty. Top notes are orange, bergamot and lemon; middle notes are jasmine, ylang-ylang, rose and brazilian rosewood; base notes are amber, sandalwood, patchouli, opoponax, benzoin and vanilla.

I’ve always liked this perfume. I didn’t know that it came out in 1921.

I think my sister, Cynthia, had this perfume first.

So when I started to buy perfume for my collection, this was one of them on tthe list

New Motto

I think this is my current favorite motto.

Lately, I’ve been feeling sorry for myself and thinking I was not worthy enough to be friends with someone or have certain things.

But, I’ve seem this saying one too many times not to get the hint.

So I’m on a mission to live this and fund this drinking bottle.

When I start feeling like bad about myself, all I have to do is look at this saying and say out loud… “Suck it up Buttercup!”

Things I Want… Compass Necklace

I have wanted a compass necklace for a while now. I watched a movie where someone had a compass necklace.

Susan Sarandon’s character Reggie Love in the movie, “The Client”, had a checkered past and lost custody of her children. Reggie wore a compass pendant so she would not “lose her way” again.

That has always stuck with me. There have been many times when I felt that I have lost my way.

Recently, I have felt even more lost on where what I’m doing. Maybe I need something like this to help me find my way.
