DWTS (Season 22) — The Finals

Well, I haven’t been very good on posting about Dancing With The Stars this season. I have been watching the show and have been rooting for my favorites.

On tonight’s show, they names the three pairs that are going to be in the finals.

Paige VanZant and Mark Ballas

Nyle DiMarco and Peta Murgatroyd

And the third pair… my pick from March 22nd…

Ginger Zee and Valentin Chmerkovskiy

Ginger is a pretty perky person, but I like her. Maybe I’m used to her since I watch her on Good Morning America. And Val, well Val is Val. I’m just waiting for the shirt to come off.

I think I’m going to stick with my pre-season pick of Ginger and Val.

It should be a good show next week.

Side Note:

I really think it is time for Erin Andrews to retire from the show. She is just too much and year after year, she is the reason I would stop watching the show. But I come back every year… So please, make this her last season.

Dancing With The Stars (Season 22) — Week 2

Well, last night’s show was an elimination night.

The couple that I think should be voted off first is: Mischa Barton and Artem Chigvintsev

As I have done for the past couple of seasons, I will be given my picks of the:

  • Who is my pick at the beginning of the season.
  • My mid-season pick (my blog… I can change my mind if I want to!!)
  • Who I really don’t want to win.
  • Who is the dark horse?
  • Who did the best for the week.
  • Who should be going home for the week.
  • I will also be listing my favorite songs of the week from the show.

It should be an intresting season and I am looking forward to watching it. And I hate to admit it, But I missed Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, and Carrie Ann Inaba a little.

Dancing With the Stars – The Finals

The finals of Dancing With the Stars is tonight and a champion will be picked and announced on Tuesday’s results show.

My pick in the beginning of the season was Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas and they are the one’s that I am sticking with.

Kristi and Mark

Here are the reasons I think Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas will win:

  • She is The GUCH!
  • Their dances have been more difficult than the other teams – Mark has done a terrific job with their routines
  • Kristi is by far the best dancer and should win this competition

Even though I like Jason Taylor and Cristian de la Fuente, they aren’t at the same level as Kristi. And I don’t think Cheryl Burke should not win again.

Overall, I have enjoyed watching Season 6 of DWTS. The funniest part has been blogging about it and people out there responding to my posts! I can’t wait till next season!

Dancing With The Stars – Week 9

DWTS Logo

This week on DWTS, I still have to go with my pick at the start of the season to continue and go to the finals Kristi Yamaguchi (click to read Kristi’s blog) & Mark Ballas

Kristi and Mark

I was incorrect last week when I picked Marissa Jaret Winokur and Tony Dovolani were going to be voted off, but they made it to the semi-finals. But this week, I think they are going to be the team to go home.

Marissa and Tony

It was fun watching Marissa and Tony dance, but I don’t think they are on the same level as the other three teams.

So here are my picks for the final three teams to compete in the finals next week:

Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas

Jason Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska

Cristián de la Fuente & Cheryl Burke

If you get a chance, you should try to read the Dancing with the Stars: Live Blog while you are watching the show. The person, Dave Campbell that writes the blog is great and it’s fun to see what others are thinking about the dancers and the dances.
