  2. A friend forwarded “Life is too short to wake up with regrets” to me and I clicked on your “about me” page. I’m in the midst of moving, so I’ll be back to read more later.

  15. Hey Sylvia! This is “Chip” from Samsung Health – I hope you don’t mind, but being retired with extra time and just out of curiosity, I decided to Google search your profile name after my lunch today. Wow! You should really consider posting your before/after picture and story to the community as an inspiration for others, That is amazing what you’ve done – congratulations! My wife and I are both avid users of the app since retirement and I’ve found the “challenges” to be great motivation to keep moving. Also, great blog you have here. I’m going to read some more before my afternoon nap. Cheers ’til next challenge!
