It All Started With This Show

When I first started this blog, my first posts were about Dancing with the Stars. Now season 24 is about to start. 

So like I’ve done in the past. I will post all of the stars and their partners. 

Then I will be my early-bird pick to win the mirror trophy. And who I think needs to be voted off first. 

Throughout the season, I will post me mini-review of the show and my favorite song(s) from the night.

Dancing With The Stars — Season 23… The Finals

Well, this is the topic that started my blogging several years ago.

Here is my post from the start of the season. My Early-bird pick to win it all was: Laurie Hernandez and pro Valentin Chmerkovskiy.

Did they win?? Yes, they did!

I think this might have been one of the best seasons. If Laurie and Val didn’t win, I would have wanted James and Sharna to win.

DWTS (Season 22) — The Finals

Well, I haven’t been very good on posting about Dancing With The Stars this season. I have been watching the show and have been rooting for my favorites.

On tonight’s show, they names the three pairs that are going to be in the finals.

Paige VanZant and Mark Ballas

Nyle DiMarco and Peta Murgatroyd

 

And the third pair… my pick from March 22nd…

Ginger Zee and Valentin Chmerkovskiy

Ginger is a pretty perky person, but I like her. Maybe I’m used to her since I watch her on Good Morning America. And Val, well Val is Val. I’m just waiting for the shirt to come off.

I think I’m going to stick with my pre-season pick of Ginger and Val.

It should be a good show next week.

Side Note:

I really think it is time for Erin Andrews to retire from the show. She is just too much and year after year, she is the reason I would stop watching the show. But I come back every year… So please, make this her last season.

Dancing With The Stars (Season 22) — Week 2

Well, last night’s show was an elimination night.

The couple that I think should be voted off first is: Mischa Barton and Artem Chigvintsev

But. the couple who got voted of was: Geraldo Rivera and Edyta Śliwińska

I think this was the right choose for the first elimination.

My top couple were:

• Wanyá Morris and Lindsay Arnold
• Ginger Zee and Valentin Chmerkovskiy

Favorite Songs of the night:

DWTS (Season 21) — The Finals

I’ve been a little lacks on my posts about Danving with the Stars.

Now it’s the Finals and its down to the last four Stars.

3. Nick Carter & Sharna Burgess
4. Alek Skarlatos & Lindsay Arnold

The start of the season, I reluctantly picked Bindi & Derek to win it all.

They have done a great job with all of their dances. She looks like she is having a fun out there dancing.

One pair that I’m surprised is in the finals is  Alek & Lindsay.

Yes, he’s a hero and all, but I think he’s good enough to for 4th place.

So, while watching the finals, I’m going to stick with my first pick… Bindi and Derek. Pick order is listed above.

Side Notes:

HOLY SMOKES! Nick & Sharna! First of all, I love that song, “Runaway Baby”—Bruno Mars.

I have to watch that routine again.

Seriously! They need to “retire” Erin Andrews. She is terrible. What is so special about her? Her making a fuzz about not getting the e-mail to have former stars dance with Carlos and Whitney… Pathetic!

Come on ABC, it’s time for someone new to take her spot.

OMG! Alek & Lindsay made the finals over Carlos & Whitney! In the words of Jeff Bridges as Roy Pulsipher in R.I.P.D. (2013)… “This is honky-tonk bulls#it!”

So, I watched night one of DWTS (Season 21) and overall it was an entertaining show. Everyone seemed to have a good back story and looked like they knew what they were doing.

If I had to pick one that I thought was going to win the mirror trophy, I would have to pick… Bindi Irwin & Derek Hough, just because I think she’s America’s sweetheart. But I would like to see Carlos PenaVega & Witney Carson win it.

Both the stars bring their own version of “crazy” to the show. Both were a trainwreack and you could tell it wasn’t going to be pretty. Bless their hearts!

Who surprised me?

Kim Zolciak Biermann & Tony Dovolani

For sure I thought Kim Zolciak Biermann would do better that she did. Since she is always on TV and she has big hair (like that has anything to do with it), I thought she would love being the center of attention. My the next dance, she will be the Kim that we all see on her reality show.

As a host, I can handle Tom Bergeron. But, I just don’t like Erin Andrews. So of the things that come out of her mouth when she is interviewing the teams after they dance is mind boggling!

I’m looking forward to night 2 of the show. Let’s see what they can do after getting that first dance out of the way.

Season twenty-one of Dancing with the Stars is set to premiere on September 14, 2015.
